I can’t stress this enough.

I wouldn’t have called myself an alcoholic. I also wouldn’t say I had a good relationship with alcohol. 

My husband came over to me as I was sitting on the couch. He hovered over me, and with a bit of a mischievous smile asked in his thick Dutch accent “Honey, is this the happiest you have ever been?”.

Do you know why you won’t stick to any of your goals.

When you think of your dreams, goals and hearts desires that you are NOT going after, ask yourself why. Why don’t you go for them?

Ya know when you get so excited about a new idea or a goal?

You tell all your friends and family about it. You can’t stop thinking and talking about it. You feel confident, motivated and inspired!

2019 was one of the best years of my life.

Over an 18 day road trip my husband and I took from Holland to Albania, hitting as many countries in between as we could, I had this special moment, a thought really as I was sitting in Serbia, working from a cafe.
