During pregnancy, bodily changes are inevitable. It’s a natural part of pregnancy but seeing your body change can be uncomfortable.

Insecurities, negative food relationships, and anxiety may arise because of the societal emphasis on sexiness and beauty.

It’s the main reason why some pregnant women struggle maintaining a positive body image. 

However, it’s important to understand that body image is not about your physical appearance but how you feel and love your body through its change.

Today I share the changes that have happened in my body, my relationship with food, and how I learn to love and appreciate my body through pregnancy.
